Constance Dimling

Born in Miami, Florida, Connie attended Smith College and the University of Michigan with a major in art history. She was a potter for ten years, working, teaching, and exhibiting, having studied under Richard Foye in Vermont and Charles Counts in North Carolina.
 
Her interest in painting developed from her numerous trips abroad, as she was especially inspired by her love of the French countryside. This is a theme running through many of her canvases. Later, her love of the mountains became a major focus.
 
Connie has had highly successful one-person shows in Cincinnati, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia. She has also participated in many juried shows.
 
Her work is currently shown in Galleries in Atlanta, Georgia.
